The most hassle-free option would be taking one of the private Venice water taxis that would take you straight into Stazione Marittima Venice cruise terminal and you can book one of them here.
You can also take Venice vaporetto line no.1 from Ca’ D’Oro stop very close to the hotel. The cost is €6.50 p.p. It would take you to Piazzale Roma at the end of Venice Grand Canal. From there, you can either walk to the Stazione Marittima port of Venice, take a land Venice taxi, a free shuttle bus if your cruise line provides one or the new people mover.
